After more than six hours of searching Hickory Hill Park Wednesday afternoon, officers were unable to find missing UI Professor Arthur Miller.



Today, officers will resume their search at 7 a.m., although this search is more focused on finding a dead body, said Iowa City police Sgt. Troy Kelsay. Cadaver dogs were brought in this morning.

In the past five years, Cali's, formerly Southern Illinois Nightclub, has changed its name three times. Owner Greg Knoob said with the new name comes a new image - the key to success for any nightclub. As part of his plan to raise business, Knoob said he redesigned his nightclub to usher in the next chapter of Carbondale nightlife.

Family members of missing UI Professor Arthur Miller had hope that 66-year-old is alive after two days of searching in upper Hickory Hill Park revealed no body.



On Thursday at 6 p.m. local authorities suspended their search. The park is now safe and open to the public, police said.

While many local businesses struggle to cope with the rising cost of essential goods, the wine industry of southern Illinois is flourishing.

During the last few years, the industry has gained several vineyards, wineries, bed and breakfasts, and shuttle services in and around the Shawnee Hills Wine Trails.
